We're thrilled to again have world-class kosher chef Ariel (Arik) Porat, former Executive Chef of the Dan Hotel chain in Israel and current CEO of Shalom Catering in Switzerland, leading our kosher kitchen. With Arik's extensive experience in creating exquisite cuisine for kosher events worldwide, our guests will indulge in modern upscale kosher menus crafted from the finest ingredients, paired with an excellent selection of kosher wines. Plus, all drinks—including fine kosher wines, premium spirits, and soft drinks—are fully inclusive! Our intimate kosher dining area accommodates just 50 guests, ensuring a personalized experience.
